Due to COVID-19 please expect a delay in processing and shipping of all orders.
WIGS
Hair photos are to be used as texture and color reference ONLY.
For Colored units, color could defer due to lighting and/or product being applied to the unit.
Curly units appear different when wet and dried.
Customer is responsible for knowing wig size.
QUALITY
We provide 100% Human Hair. Our Virgin hair has been processed by steam to achieve its texture. This hair uses 1-2 donors and can last 2 years + with proper maintenance.
With all hair just as your own you must take care of it. You will experience minor shedding and this is NORMAL. Our own hair sheds frequently.
EDUCATION
All ebooks and courses for educational purposes. What you will receive will be listed in the description box. Your product will be available for viewing typically immediately after purchase. If you are unable to view your video please ensure you have enough storage on the device you are using. Certain files are very large and it is recommended to view them on a laptop or tablet. It is highly recommend to download the dropbox app. This app can assist with viewing large files.
Processing & Shipping
Processing: 7-21 Business Days
Business days are Monday-Friday before 1pm EST. We have 7-21 Business Days to process your order. Most orders are processed same day and shipped same day as well.
*Weekends are not included*
Shipping: All shipments are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and all shipments must be signed for. If your package is not signed for you may be left a notice with pickup or redelivery options. Customer is fully responsible for tracking their package. If you will not be home we advise you to put the package on hold.
Standard Shipping: is 1-3 Business Days. On average most shipments arrive in 1-3 business days. Due to covid packages are experiencing delays.
If you select expedited shipping your order will be overnighted ATFER the processing period. Refunds will not be given for orders not shipped within the processing period.
You must contact USPS Customer Service if you are experiencing any delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You will receive an email directly after your purchase. If you have not received an email please check your spam/junk email. If you have still not received your digital ebook please allow 12-24 hours before contacting Dainty Secrets.
Please ensure you use your correct email address as well as one you have access to.
These are large files. It is recommended to download on a computer or tablet! Please download the “DropBox” app as this will assist with viewing the videos.
There are no refunds on digital products.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of a confirmed delivery. Package must be returned in the manner it was received with seals un broken. Due to sanitary reasons if items appear used, a refund will not be processed. A refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. A restock fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
We are not held responsible for customer providing wrong shipping information, customer is fully responsible for submission of wrong information.
